Does anybody have any docs or sample code that illustrates/explains how to build .NET iViews using C# ? Does EP5 SP5 even support the creation of iViews using C# ? If so, where can I go to read up on how to do this ?

Ep5 SP5 does not directly support C#.
You are free to write .Net applications for EP, but currently there is no support from SAP, except the EP 5.0.5 model.
