JVM.dll is not found

Hi Expert,

When i try to upgrade 2007 B1i to 8.8 B1i. I am getting error like "jvm.dll is not found". Please assist me for gohead the installation process.

B1iSN 8.8 is currently still in ramp-up and not available for General Availability. Is this upgrade for testing purposes or for a ramp-up customer?

Did you install the jdk1.5.0_22? Also, if B1iSN 8.8 is being installed in a 64-bit environment, you must install both the 32 and 64-bit JDK's.
