Retransfer external requirements

Hi,

Due to incorrect org changes, PR transferred from R/3 to SRM without delivery point.

Now I want to complete those shopping carts in sourcing and re-transfer the PR from

ERP by adding minor changes.

We are on SRM 4.0 ECS with back end ECC. Please advice how to proceed.
