Any standard FM for KBETR/Condtion value conversion?

Hello Experts,

When I saw an invoice the KBETR/ condition value is 0.0250 with a currency of USD4 (USD4 has 4 decimal places).

When I saw the same entry in KONV table for this associated invoice, the KBETR value is 2.50 with a currency of USD4 (USD4 has 4 decimal places).

Now, am printing a interface flat file on UNIX/Apps server, so when am pulling KBETR from KONV tbale am getting as 2.50 into my ITAB.....but I need to print it as 0.0250. Pls. let me know that is there any standard SAP function module to EXPORT 2.50 and import as 0.0250 or any other logic.
