Scenario&material mapping in power trading?

Dear friends,

My client is dealing with power trading activity, where in X vendor will supply to Y customer through government power grid. But my cleint is getting trading margin out of this match making job either from customer/ or from vendor as per the LOI terms.

After each day transactions RLDC (concerned regional load dispatch centre) will update the daily power consumption in website. Here the power consumption again with respect to 15 minutes time interval, so each day power supply have 96 time blocks. after that those transactions are recorded by my client for their billing purpose.

How to map the material for the same, and here any consumption material will suffice the requirement or only pipe line material need to be created. which is the suitable method for this scenario, kindly suggest me..
