At the time of (delivery related) invoice creation, system throws a message "check the error log".

Log says:

" Error Log 0080000276 000010 Delivery 0080000276 is not relevant for transportation planning

Hi

check the copycontrols of delivery to billing T code VTFL) at item level Field "price source". if it is F it will checks the shipment

cost.other wise change to standard empty.

Is your route marked in 0VTC transaction as relevant for transportation planning ? Last column on the right hand side or field TVRO-TDIIX.

Checked the copy control, billing--> delivery, price source is 'F'.

checked the tcode 0VTC, last check box is unticked, means deliveries cannot be planned in shipments.

My reply still holds good. In 0VTC - route should be marked as "Relevant for transportation", which i already mentioned in my previous reply.

re-check your settings in above mentioned nodes & test with the fresh cycle.

In 0VTC, route is not marked as "Relevant for transportation". There is no change in the change log. Deliveries are also not revelant for transportation planning. Earlier also It was running successfully with the same settings.

I assume your price source = 'F' (shipment costs).

As mentioned already above, check OSS note 713171.

You can also debug include program LV54FF03 (which is part of FM 'SD_SCD_FREIGHT_CUST_INVOICE') where your error message VY306 is raised.

It is not necessary to assign the Transportation Planning to Delivery type. Only recently, I completed a similar configuration and running successfully for a client. The issue is because of your copy control VTFL. For more information, check note 713171.

Hi All,

Route is present in the delivery header.

Rightly said, It is not necessary to assign the Transportation Planning to Delivery type. Earlier few days back, it was working perfect. Delivery was not relevent to transportation planning. Now it is throughing message of error log. Srangely it is showing this error message in all the servers Development, Testing and Production.

Checked the customization settings also. Found no changes there. Delivery type, delivery item category, route all are OK.

Please advice me.

config settings of route determination and whether is coming automatically or not in sales order first and delivery document second.

then as said above, check in Delivery - whether route is appearing or not?

Hi,

Please verify in transaction VL02N if you have route listed in the delivery header. Usually I saw message that delivery is not relevant for transportation planning when there was no route in the document header. You can enter it manually there if it is not determined automatically.

After that create shipment VT01N, shipment cost document via VI01 and invoice at the end.
