Why the Yesterday Date is not showing in ST03

Most of the time its a issue with incorrect time zone.Set correct time zone using STZAC and also follow note mentioned above.

It should be resolved.

make sure there was no canceled jobs in your system for yesterday ie SAP standard jobs. If you search on SAP marketplace your will get few notes. Note 1466511 - Missing Statistic Data in ST03 (may not be related to you)

Always provide as much information as possible (ie. OS, DB version SAP version) to get the correct solutions from contributors.
