Selection option creation

Please provide selection options for codes(fi or company codes etc) along the row in input screen.with that of optional

Hi,

For this you will need to create a variable for company code as given below:

1. Drill downk the characteristic company code in the left hand side pane of the query designer

2. Right click on the characteristic value variables

3. Select new variable

4. Provide technical name for this variable in right hand side pane

5. Select processing by as "Manual Input/Default Value"

6. In right hand side pane go to tab "Details"

7. Select "Selection Option" for the option "Variable Represents"

This will add a input selection option line on selection screen when you execute a query.
