How to assign path to the link

Hi,

I have a Production Report in HTML format and have to create a link on a page, once user clicks on the link I need to display report in new window. I have created a link and I'm unable to specify path to this html page. We are using SAP_J2EEngine6.20 engine and Enterprise Portal 5.0. Kindly tell me where exactly I need to put this html file in the directory structure and how to specify the path to this html file.
