How to assign path to the link

Hi,

I have a Production Report in HTML format and have to create a link on a page, once user clicks on the link I need to display report in new window. I have created a link and I'm unable to specify path to this html page. We are using SAP_J2EEngine6.20 engine and Enterprise Portal 5.0. Kindly tell me where exactly I need to put this html file in the directory structure and how to specify the path to this html file.

Thanks in Advance

Praveen

Depends. If you want to acces the html file via iviewserver: This is not possible.

But you can acces it directly:

    http://localhost:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.mypackage/myhtmlfile.html

    Regrads,

But where exactly do I need to place the .html file (in D:Enterprise Protal ... or D:SAP J2EE Engine....). Like <a href = "/portal/reports/prod.html"> Production Report </a>. For specifying the path the file should be placed in some folder? In which folder do i need to place my .html file.

Or is there a way to upload my html file into EP and system automatically specifies the path.

      Thanks

      Praveen
