We have several SAP systems (1x ERP, 3x IS-U, 1x CRM, 1x HR, 1x SRM, etc.) and we have a CUA system for the administration of all users on these SAP systems. On the seperate SAP systems we have workflows active which all use user(s) WF-BATCH.
Now, we have the problem that emails are sent from the workflows by the WF-BATCH user(s). But on the HR system we want to sent the mail using HR @ company.com and from the ERP system we want to sent the mail using ERP @ company.com and from the IS-U system ISU1 @ company.com, etc.etc.
But all users are maintained from the CUA so we have 1 WF-BATCH user in CUA. The emailadress is also maintained in the CUA (so changing WF-BATCH in the different SAP system with SU01 is no option).
Does anyone have any experience with this and do you have tips how to solve this?
I had a previous similar experience and I had to go and change the user in every system (although the client had CUA). In my case, I actually had to create WF-BATCH manually in every single system.
