Maintain infotype 0017.

What information you want to store?

Check the following infotype as well.

Infotype- 0470,0471,0472,0473,0474.

Hi thanks a lot for your reciprocate, let me clarify my Q, Payroll records are stored in Clusters, the same way where will be the TRIP records are saving .

You can get the trip info through data base table - PCL1 (TE travel expenses/payroll results/TS travel expenses/master data )

Pernr- Personnel Number- Personnel number is the employee number.

REINR- Trip Number- Each trip stored as trip number in the database.

PERI0- Period Number- Trip has divided into several trip period , in which trip is accounted.

PDVRS- sequence Number - In addition to the trip number, a sequential number is stored in the

database for the unique identification of a trip version.
