BDOC - BUS_TRANS_MSG error in SMQ2 and SMW01

Hi All,

*When checked the Inbound queue (SMQ2) in CRM it shows this error for one sales order

.R3AD_304289786 11.11.2010 06:08:30 Error in Validation (Details: transaction SMW01)

*then when I check the error in SMW01 it shows this..* Error code is F05 in SMW01

Processing of document with Guid DFF206DE9B8CFFF1A7730024E84DD2E3 is canceled CRM_ORDER 11

Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG. SMW3 18

I tried to re-process, but it still gives the same error..

how do I correct the error ? how do I fix it...? and re-process the BDOC.

any guidance...

    Hello Ken,

    Can you activate the queue in SMQ2 and see if the queue is processed successfully?

    From note 705650, check if the middleware settings for queue name R3AD* are missing in your system.

    If yes, please implement these settings and then reprocess these documents.

    If you still face the problem maybe you may just have a look at note 733769 in case you're using 5.0 and below releases

    • Hi Ken,

      You must also use transaction SM30 to maintain the SMOFPARSFA table as mentioned in note 705650.

      If that still doesn't work, try out the correction instructions mentioned in the same note.

    Hi

    I have the same error, but but there is another message:

    Processing of document with GUID D10AE24CE4B6EF1FE10000000A781C65 is canceled

    Business transaction type ZADD does not exist

    Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG.

    ZADD not customized in CRM (SPRO).

    How do I get,

    what the error did not occur for the types of documents, which I'm not going to replicate from ECC to CRM ?
