Launch the portal in an iframe

A customer has decided to use sharepoint as their main portal. But EP5 (EP6) will also be used. We want to launch the portal from sharepoint in an iframe (as part of the sharepoint portal). Do you know what needs to be modified in order to avoid that EP takes over the whole browser.
