deploy irj again after undeploy it

After I installed portal EP5sp5 patch3 hotfix. I accidently ran irj_undeploy.bat. In order to correct this. I ran irj_deploy.bat. However I got the following message after log in. What should I do? Thanks.

Failed to create SSO ticket.

    Well,

    This is a pitty. You lost all your settings on the file system. A redeployment cant help you here, because all the settings will be the standard initial SPx ones.

    And "javax.servlet.UnavailableException: Initialization of Dispatcher failed" is really the most fundamental error you can get.

    You have to reinstall. If you have a lot of valuable user setting you want to save, contact a local consultant. there is no simple way for that.
