Customer number Z9922 not replicated into CRM from ECC6

Hi Guys,

One of a Customer (One-time customer) is not replicated into CRM from ECC6. Customer number start with Z. If I want to replicate that customer into CRM what are the steps that I have to carry out ?

when I look at the SMW01 transaction for errors, then I found this error for that BDOC... how do I fix that...?
