Crystal Report Viewer - CRXI reports in CRVS2010

Do I need to upgrade RPT reports which were build in the CRXI to be viewed in the CRVS2010? And if I need - how big might be change - is it simple open in CRVS2010 builder and save it or something else need to be done? I have quite extensive markup, with a lot of grouping, conditions and calculations, and between 160 reports I would like to avoid necessity to recreate them.

Should not need to do any upgrades. These reports should just work. But note the "should". Learned from many bitter experiences to hedge my bets... I finds there is always the one that may be a pain...
