QM Notification Through Email

Hi SAP Team,

I have a requirement, where I want that whenever a QM Notification is created, an email with Subject line of Notification, Purchase Order sgould go to the User. Is there some std. way of doing it i.e. without activating Workflow etc, as not much of the details are to be send in email. Kindly advise.
