Job Generate Action log shows only the data from the central instance

Hello All,

we installed GRC for a SAP system with a central instance and 4 dialog instances.

When we now start the job for Generate Action log we get only the data from Users they are worked over the central instance because this instance is defined as Message server in the JCO-Destinations.

I can't find documentation what I have to do if I have more than one instance for a SAP-System.

can you please paste EXACT output of TH_SERVER_LIST function module...

or confirm with your BASIS team that 'service' file entries are maintained.

sorry, I don't know what you mean.. Which output you mean. Where I can find this file?

And which Service -File you mean - this one on the GRC-Server? Should there all Dialog-instances with port in this file?

Is it not something on SLD to configure. Because on the JCO-Destination we can put in only one Message Server..

please ask you ABAP or BASIS team to provide info i requested

Tcode SE37 for FM and service file will be file of your backend ABAP system with which you are trying to connect.
