How to display upto to decimal point in smart form when field is DEC 17,3

Hi experts,

Am having one filed in smart form which is DEC lenght 17 and Decimal 3.

this field am using to display percentage. So while displaying this field in smart form i only want upto 2 decimal point.

dont ask me change data type, its not possible.

can i do sumthing in smart form.

even want to change separator from comma to point.
