How can i use km Features at nw ce 7.1?

hi all

I have 2 server . nw 7.0 ehp1 and nw ce 7.1?

I want use km Features , I know km Features is only Supported by nw 7.0.

the porblem is , we plan use webdynpor for java to develop ui. we not want run webdynpor application at nw7.0

is there a easy way to call km Features at nw ce 7.1?
