Is there way make wdj ui display run at nw7.0 ehp 1 like NW CE 7.1 ?

hi all.

for some reason. I work in nw7.0 ehp1 . the nw7.0 wdj ui display is too Ugly(popup window can not move) and run slowly.

I want to know is there any way to Improve wdj ui display at nw7.0? best like nw ce 7.1.

can i deplay some sca of nw ce7.1 to nw7.0?

unfortunately . I can't upgrade nw7.0 to nw7.1!!!
