new workset missing, during template creation

In EP6.0 SP1, I created (and saved) a new workset. It is visible under content administration >> PCC >> com.sap.ip.collaboration >> worksets >> DemoTemplate >> DemoDemplate. However, when I attempt to create a new template (via collaboration administration >> template administration >> new template >> workset), only the 2 standard worksets (meeting template, standard template) can be selected. Am I missing something? - Thanks/LS
