destroyed Quantity in QA32

Hi,

For GR 100 , here we are issuing sample qty 5 for destrucive inspection .

out of 5 sample qty , 2 qty got destroyed while doing inspection .

where to enter this destroyed quantity in results recording or QA32. so that i can post only 98 to UUS in stock posting.

In QA32 layout , destroyed quantity , sample usage field is already there.

Guide on this.

In QA32 generally

1.destroyed / scrap : this is the quantity which is uded for destructive testing & needs to be scrapped against the Quality cost center defined in plant level.

2.sample QTy is QTy used for inspection of sample does not always get waste if its not destructive testing.SO this Qty can be accepted qty many a times.

So in your case 3 can be put in sample( 331 mvt) whereas 2 can be scrapped( 553 mvt)

sample and scrapping part ok. but here i want to give information for 2 qty as destroyed qty in results resulting.

where i can find this destroyed qty field to capture this 2 qty.

Explore & Check one thing

When you have destructive sample ( when you click on control indicator of MIC as "Destructive" & "Additive" sample),then whatever Qty appears in the "sample Qty(331 mvt type )" in the stock posting screen is your destroyed Qty-->which appears in QALS as "destroyed QTy"

There is no provision of putting Destroyed QTY in Result recording.

For stock posting , sample usage field proposing full sample qty of 5 which is ticked for destrutive inspection.

But Out of 5 qty, 2 got destroyed so i have posted 2 qty in 331 as sample usage .

But in qa32 i m getting full sample qty 5 as destroyed quantity .it should show 2 only in destroyed qty field.

then define the sampling procedure for all MIC's so that sample size becomes 2..........!!
