subcontracting in product costing CHINA

Hi,

I have the following problem.

In china, Sub-contract serviceu201D, u201CSub-contract materialsu201D, u201COff-set Sub-contract u201C must be balance sheet account.

When I run product costing, the system gives the following error " cost element does not exist ... etc" and this is normal because I don't have cost element for BS account.

Please, could you tell me if there is some localization for product costing in CHina or, if not, could you help me?

Hi

I dont think there could be an exception to this.. The sub contracting charges account which is maintained in OBYC-FRL is a P&L account always...

Also, the consumption accounts that are maintained in GBB-VBO/BSV are the consumption accounts...

FRL and GBB-VBO / BSV are the only accounts accessed during cost estimate

No where balance sheet account comes into picture... When stocks are transferred to vendor, no accounting doc is created

The only balance sheet accounts that comes into picture is inventory account at the time of making the GR posting

Can you explai your process with accounting entry so that we can help you better
