Hi,
We have an issue where we had to upgrade the KM component of the portal however the WCM user in oracle had the password reset as it was unknown. The patch was applied successfully, however the portal obviously did not work as the password had changed.
Tried running the DB connectivity tool however this this only re-estabilishes connection for ttpsys only and not WCM. Does anyone know how to reset this password?

G'day mate.
Check the jdbc connection pool settings in the CM configuration.
Configuration -> Content Management -> Utilities JDBC Connection Pools
You can change the password there.
