Previous Employer Tax details


Dear All,

I am working on Indian payroll. A new employee joined in the mid of financial year.

How do we maintain previous employer's salary details for the purpose of income tax? For eg.

an employee joined in mid of october. Till that time (01April2010 till 15th Oct 2010) his income with previos employer was reported to be 3.2 lakh but the tax was not deducted. How will we enter his salary details?
