Dear All Expert,

I have one requirement.

My user procuring material from various vendor in kg, ton & etc.

My user requirement is whatever unit i have taken for purchasing it should be reflected in output or po print.

e.g suppose i maintain UOM as Kg for some material i am procuring that material in Tonne.

I am maitaining order unit as ton but as soon as i enter it changes to Base unit of measurement i.e Kg.

That is also ok.

But my client requirement, In PO print it should be shown as in Tonne.

Now, how to resolve this issue.

Please help me.

Thanks & Regards

SKK

I am maitaining order unit as ton but as soon as i enter it changes to Base unit of measurement i.e Kg.

can you explain this in more detail? are you saying that you enter ton in ME21N and it changes to KG directly there, or do you want to say that you enter ton in ME21N but the printed document shows kg.

if it is the first case, do you receive any messages?

it could be that variable order unit is not allowed for your material. it can be that there is a rounding rule entered that may effect this....

do you reference a contract?

If it is the second case, then discuss it with your form developer.

Hi,

Discuss with your ABAPer , he will code in the form, hence you will get in the print out put.

Either you can get at header level if all the items having same UOM or , developer can also insert one column for individual items UOM.

Hope it is clear.
