I ment I would like to create a PO, that some/all of the items with quantity 0.
It is O.K. if the items in the PO with the quantity 0 will not post to back-end, I just need to be able to order this PO and to post the other items in the PO to the back-end.
I am afraid that may not be possible. In the PO you cannot have the same validation made to work for one line item and not to work for the other line item.
Have you tried the option of splitting the Shopping cart itself, based on the quantity? That way you can have the PO created in HELD status for the Zero quantity line items and the pther line items will be grouped in one PO and ORDERED.
