INFOVIEW PROBLEMS WITH INTERNET EXPLORER 6 (IE6)

Hi Guys not sure if this post is in the right forum, but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

We have created a completly new install of XI 3.1 SP3 on a Solaris 10 Server. We use Weblogic10 as our Application Server and Oracle 10g as our CMS repository. The Java Version on the Server is 1.5.0

Our architecture is stable and working well, however we do seem do have one seemingly minor issue which is causing us quite a big headache.

From our client machines which are a mixture of W2K and XP all running Internet Explorer 6 SP3 and Java JRE 1.5.0 we can successfully open, connect and work with both the CMC and the InfoView Applications.

However on InfoView the users right hand Listpane (html source: infoviewlisting) is empty, i.e. not displaying a list of documents. The record count is correct and the treeview is correct. Initially we thought it was a rights issue, but on checking the user can find and open files in infoview correctly by setting up the users myinfoview options (html source listing.faces).

Although we don't and cant deploy IE7 or Firefox we do have access to them on a couple of our severs. In testing infoview using these, guess what it works perfectly first time.

Having searched the net relentlessly we are struggling to come up with a solution. Any help would be most appreciated.
