STO issue with Means of transport type in Delivery

Hi,

Can someone help me understand how is the field TRATY populated in the case of deliveries for STO.

In the header of the delievry created, under shipment tab.

I understand that they should flow from the shipping tab of the STO, but have come across a lot of differences. between the two.
