Annual Increments - HRPBSIN_SALARY_INCRT - India Payroll

Hi Experts,

Annual Increments program HRPBSIN_SALARY_INCRT is to be made functional for updating annual increments as per INVAL values ,

to get the list of Employees who are all eligible for Increment/Promotion through this repeort please guide me what configuration need to be done as a Payroll - functional consultant?

Can any one help me on the same

My client want to give increment for all the wage types existing in 0008 infotype

Kindly guide me what are the necessary configuration has to be done from the functional consultant part

If it is on percentage basis please update the table T539J.

otherwise do manual.

Hi,

If the Increment is only for Basic Pay and the Increment Percentage is Common for the Allowance Grouping, then Use Report PC00_M40_BSG - General Increments for Updating the New Basic as per Agreement. If you wants to update for all the Wt;s in infotype 0008, then you can use Report RPU51000 or RPIPSR00 for Updating the Infotype 0008.

Steps:

First do the required configuration

Pls run as per the Steps which I have mentioned below

PC00_M40_BSG - General Increments u2013 give Personal number and execute, then system will bring new basic and Pls Execute the Increment by selecting the first entry and It shows the Log of the Report.Now System has Generated the SM35 Job for updating the infotype 0008 .

goto SM35 and execute the job (Group1) ,then After running the Job ,System has updated the infotype 0008.

Hi,

The Increment is only for Basic Pay and the Increment Percentage is Common for the Allowance Grouping and I have executed the Report PC00_M40_BSG and it is updated IT0008 but with actual salary only (not updating new salaries based on %)

However my client required only Employees list who are all eligible for next increment by using "HRPBSIN_SALARY_INCRT "

and then they download this report then they update IT0008 via BDC or LSMW or using Same report (thier wish),

but when I run this "HRPBSIN_SALARY_INCRT " no employees list is giving as out put

and the error show "No correct cases"

Please help.......
