Maybe there should be one, for GUI/confiuguration issues. Issues in usability of the Eclipse plugins. For now, I will post in the "SAP Netweaver Platform" forum.

as long as there is no useable Dokumentation for NetWeaver an Forum for answering pur Questions would be great.
