Preferences ?

Will there be a preferences area, where we can set some personalized site options?

Example: When I come to the site, I always choose to view 50 posts per page, so I don't have to keep jumping from page to page... but the next time that I come to the site, it is back at 5 and I have to do it over again....

Even if I set it in one forum.. when I go to another forum, it is set back to 5..
