CHARM: How people involved in charm are pickedup and assigned actions?

Hi All,

I am in a way to configure CHARM in our Solution Manager. However, I want to understand that once we defined partners, actions, action profiles, statuses and other details, how the system will pickup next person in chain CM (for example, requestor->change manger) and assigns all the required actions and text statuses to him?

I want to understand the crux of people assignment in CHARM and other details.

Any reply would definitely help me a lot here.
