Discussion forums

Sometimes it is difficult to locate the discussion forum in the site. Even at some point in time,

if you had participated in a dicussion in the past....it is difficult to locate the dicussion forum

because it is spread in the site in different locations. It would be nice if we could have a link

in the top to give the list of all the discussion forums and we could get into individual forum

based on interest.
