Hello,

When an account has to have the flag in the field "Post automatically only"?

Hi

An account needs to posted automatically only if you dont one and manual intervension while posting. Becuase if there is any manual intervention you will struggle to reconcile the data and there will not any uniformity when an entry gets posted to these GL account.

In addition to the above points, Please maintain all your cash GL accounts as post automatically only. becuase the posting to the cash GL will Happen through cash Journal.

to all your inventory accounts and GR/IR

other GL's depend on client's requirement...if he wants manual postings to be restricted then post automatically for all accounts related to MM & SD if not keep it normal nothing happens

only for inventory GL post automatically is required
