Hi Christopher,
yes, the form designer is available within the Developer Studio and Web Dynpro offers an user interface element named "Interactive Form". This element corresponds to a data source, which refers to a context node and a template source, which refers to a form template, which you can develop by your own with the fully integrated adobe form designer. in this form designer you can connect each form element with an context element. in this way you can define the storage place of your inputs. with this technique you can build up not only online scenarios (where you have a connection to the web application server during filling in your form) but also offline scenarios (where you have no connection to the web application server during filling in your form). for the last one you use beside the interactive form user interface element, also the download and upload user interface elements. The Web Dynpro docu will offer tutorials for this soon.
Regards, Carsten
