Print button is not working in Appraisal Document in ESS

Hello Experts,

We have implemented ESS. in Apppraisal Document, we have one print button.

after clicking on this it is displaying Blank page.

do we need to do any settings after implementing ESS.

what could be the reason. Please help me..
