Item Master Change Log AITM to trace the changes

Dear Expert,

I have a case which it impacts to the item price. I want to trace the user that change the item price in Item Master including the old value, new value and date. For example before the price of item A is $50(old value) but then someone changed the price become $45(new value), so it will become lose out for me. How to trace it? I already searched in AITM but doesn't get enough info related my needing.

Dear Mona,

The info is in the AIT1 table. AITM has only Item master history.
