Unable to create shipment cost document

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have a issue where I am unable to create shipment cost document.

the error I get are:

1. Shipment costs $0001

2. No Tariff zone could be determined for the combination of 3009 0000700515 Z2 BE

3. Pricing procedure for 3009 Z001 0001 not available

4. Account assignment not possible: item not yet calculated

First,

It seems , Basic transportation settigns are missing.

Complete your customization settings in Transportation including in

- Shipments

- Shipment costs

- Settlements

& also dont forget to maintain the Shipment cost condition records Tx:TK11.

then run the test cycle.

Define :- Tariff Zone

Menu path : LE --> TRANSPORTATION ---> SHIPTMENT COST ---> Basic Function -

---

> Define Tariff Zone

Assign Tariff (with Postal Code)

Assign the Tariff zone with your Transportation Planing Point + Service Agent + Shipping type + Country

Pricing procedure for 3009 Z001 0001 not available

Menu path : LE --> TRANSPORTATION ---> SHIPTMENT COST ---> PRICING ---> PRICE CONTROL -

> DEFINE AND ASSIGN PRICING PROCEDURE

Here you assing shipping type procedure group to shipping type, item procedure group to item categroy and service agent procedure group to service agent

Then assign Pricing procedure to

Shipping type procedure group + Item procedure Group + Service agent procedure Group = Shipping Pricing Procedure
