Want to Become SAP CRM Consultant

Hi,

I am a certified SAP PI consultant and has wide experience in PI 7.1/7.0/3.0, ABAP and webMethods.

Now I want to become SAP Techno Functional consultant. I have choosen CRM as functional domain to get expertise.

My question is, is it possible to do self learn on SAP CRM? and get expertise on that.

In my company I have trianing system. So I can practise too.

If I want to do self learn, could you please let me know where to start......I need some guidance
