Dear Expert,
When I using T-code crm_dno_monitor to show all support message on a Service Desk, and then I select a support message to open it. I known every one can change 2 field: Support Team and Message Processor. I need, disable this fields, and only Message Processor can change Support Team and Message Processor. But I do not about this, Please Experts show me how to do that. Thank you very much !!!!!

Hi,
For this issue, you can first find out the partner determination
procedure for Service Desk message , and go the setting of partner
determination procedure, select partner function Support Team and Message
Processor, set them as not changeable. Then the issue should be resolved
The steps are the following:
Spro->CRM->Basic function->partner processing->define Partner
determination procedure
Select your partner determination proceduer, then click the Partner
funtion in proceduer in the left side, you can see the partner function
which defined in your partner determination proceduer, then select
Support Team and Message Processor, go to detail, there is a field calls
changeable, please check it and save.
In this case Processor and End User can
not change Support Team and Message Processor.
so, you have to add authorization to your End User,

Then, the End User will be able to only view the message.

I can do that, but I do not want End User is able to only view the message. I need, End User can leave their message on this message. How to do that ? Please support for me, thank you very much!
Or End User can do every thing on their message, but I need can not change 2 textbox: "Support Team" and "Message Processor" on the support message

Dear Experts,
I have copy Transaction Type SLFN to ZLFN, and I created a Role Z1 with CRM_ORD_LP Authorization Object and ZLFN Transaction Type. And Role Z2 with CRM_ORD_LP Authorization Object + SLFN Transaction Type. End User in Role Z1 can not display their message, but End User in Role Z2 is ok. I do not know why ?Please support for me.
