Disable "Support Team" and "Message Processor" field on service desk SPS 22


Dear Expert,

When I using T-code crm_dno_monitor to show all support message on a Service Desk, and then I select a support message to open it. I known every one can change 2 field: Support Team and Message Processor. I need, disable this fields, and only Message Processor can change Support Team and Message Processor. But I do not about this, Please Experts show me how to do that. Thank you very much !!!!!
