Filter worklist - udm_supervisor

Hi gurus,

I have a problem with transaction code udm_supervisor.

I explain you:

I have some company codes. Each company code has a collection segment.

When I enter in udm_supervisor, how can I filter by collection segment? Or can I create a variant so that each supervisor see his customers?

I cannot filter by collection group, becuase each company is using many collection groups.

Hi ,

as per the requirement change the layout by adding the collection segment and it is possible to display according to the collection segments which u can store it as the variant for the supervisor view, but kindly provide the business requirement for the above mentioned case , further UDM_SPECIALIST provide the specifc information about the recievables for particular segment .

within the standard layout there is a change display icon.

It is as simple as dragging the field from the right to left to get it included.
