MIRO Problem in Excise-able invoices.

If PART 2 not done then MIRO should not be processed in case of Excise-able invoices..

While booking MIRO the entry will flow like this

GR/IR A/C ..................Dr

Cenvat Clearing A/C...Dr

TO Vendor.

My question is; how can you pick up Cenvat Clearing A/C without posting Part II entry.

Solved Myself by configuring the Warning to Error Message through SPRO.

Yes,

you cant post Miro invoice without Part II entries, why because system has to pick pu excise entries whild doing MIRO.

Thanks dear...U r right...

But in my company, user can easily creating MIRO invoices without Part II entry. There is no such restriction for the same.

Is there any configuration issue??
