Form W2 Box 12- exceeding 4 entries

Hi there,

If W2 already contains 4 lines on box 12 and if the form fields are configured to have next one only 4 entries are seen on W2 instead of 5.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

There should be 2 pages of w2 then.. in the first page you would see 4 entries and 5th in the next page.
