Upgrade SCM 4.1 to SCM 7 with unicode conversion

Hi All,

We are planning to upgrade our SCM 4.1 system to SCM 7.0 SR1. I'm trying hard ot get the minimun Support package level to begin the upgrade. I got the information that for CUUC i will need to take my Basis level to SP20., but other than this i have not found any information on the SCM level .. Currently they are at 09.

Also for the downlaod of data from the LC we ill have to run the report /SAPAPO/OM_LC_UPGRADE_70, but currently i don't see this report in the system and from the master guide i can see that the SAPup will stop at a point where in we will have to run the above report for downlading the data from LC. Now based on the initial look I found this report to behave simillarly to the report /SAPAPO/OM_LC_DOWNLOAD_UPLOAD. So are there any prerequisites for upgrading the SCM level before i start the uprrage or only the Basis SP upgrade is sufficient to start with the upgrade...
