How do we set the time for a job to be scheduled in PI to pick files

Hi Folks,

Where do we have to schedule the timings for a file to be picked up between particualr intervals in a test system. Its like a file in the directory in SAP to an FTP server.example it has to start at 11 int he morning till 2 noon. point to point connection. not the poll interval.does it have to be done in PI or the basis
