TREX search for Funtional Area doesn't work properly

Dear Experts,

I am currently implementing Nakisa(STVN2.1), and have configured settings for TREX

by referring Tips below.

[http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/21021] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken];

However, TREX search doesn't work properly under some particular condition.

  • I want to search "Functional Area" via TREX

Symptom

  1. Run Program 'ESH_TEST_SEARCH' with execution parameter

Object Type = HRTMC_FUNC_AREA

-> Search failed (status icon is yellow and no search result displayed)

  1. Run Program 'ESH_TEST_SEARCH' with other execution parameter such as

Object Type = HRTMC_REL_FN_Q_031

-> Correct search results are displayed

In Nakisa, object type "HRTMC_FUNC_AREA" will be used, so I want to

get search result with "JRTMC_FUNC_AREA".

Remarks

1. Search object data items (Functional Area records) are already created.

2. TREX Version is "7.10.40.00" and Build no. is "710.40.234972"

3. RFC-Connection test "TREX_NAKISA" result is "No Error"

4. All settings have done for Enterprise Search Cockpit, (Object Connector)

and status of Search Object Connector is "Active".

5. I have already created index by using program ESH_ADM_INDEX_ALL_SC

What is possible causes and solution for this issue?

If you need further information, please let me know.

Best Regards,

Masaya Iizumi
