Dear,
When user creates support message,it reached my inbox in solution manager.
My question is how it reach to my inbox?. If it is based on component which is selected by enduser, where i can see what are all the components assigned to me to receive the support message?
If i can see those components in transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR, that would be very much appreciated since i dont have authorisation other than this transaction code.
