Alerts are not sent via email


Hello all,

I've configured alerting and now I can see new alerts in my alert inbox (ALRTINBOX). But the system is not able to send me the alerts via email.

1. The alerts are visible in alert inbox

2. I have fulfill email address in SU01.

3. SAPConnect is alread configured.

3. If I receive new alert, no new messages are visible in SCOT transaction (for example as waiting).

Do you have any idea, where colud be problem?
